Likely Community/Aquatic Center (McCabe Park) entrance corridor — local reporting (KTLO 2026-08-24; MH Observer) notes one Flock covers the new Community Center, and McCabe Park pond is roughly 36.317, -92.397. Still a community-mapped GPS point from MyTownView, not a city GPS dump.

What KTLO and the Mountain Home Observer report about MHPD’s Flock network
Local reporting says MHPD’s Flock cameras cover the major highways into and out of town — Highway 5 north and south, Highway 62 east and west, and Highway 201 north and south — and include one camera at the entrance to the new Mountain Home Community & Aquatic Center at McCabe Park. The reporting also notes some Flock cameras in the area are business-owned and MHPD does not control those; traffic-signal sensors are not ALPRs; and Flock plate readers have no public live feed. Public cams anyone can watch
Two lists: official ARDOT road cams, and community or tourism cams their owners have already published publicly. None of these are Flock plate readers and none are MHPD video. We only list feeds the owner already made public — never private Ring, Nest, or doorbell cameras.
A. ARDOT traveler cams (Mountain Home area)
The Arkansas Department of Transportation runs public road-condition traveler cameras in and around Mountain Home — not Flock plate readers and not MHPD video. ARDOT's terms of use prohibit embedding or deep-linking individual camera feeds from another site, so we list the camera names and link to iDriveArkansas, which opens separately. By contrast, Flock plate readers have no public live feed at all — and neither does any MHPD or city ALPR camera.

Do not collapse two systems into one claim
The City record we have reviewed describes a $65,000 Avigilon cloud video monitoring purchase for the Police Department from Critical Edge of Jonesboro through TIPS purchasing, authorized by ordinance on August 24, 2023. The attached proposed MHPD policy said cameras could record continuously, with default video overwritten after 20 days, and access required prior written permission from the police chief or designee. The ten mapped pins above are labeled Flock by community mapping. No official record reviewed so far proves those pins are part of the City purchase. Keep the two separate until a record settles it.
